What are your standard response times for quotes & information? Its our policy to respond to genuine enquiries by end of the day, where received before 3PM.
If you don't hear from us within 48 hours, there may have been a techinical problem, please resubmit your request.
Some quotes may require us to obtain information from overseas, but in these circumstances, we will let you know of extended response times.
Requests for information or catalogues by mail are acknowledged by email, then forwarded. Unless request is marked as 'urgent', information may be forwarded by standard post.
What information will I receive on my quote? All quotes contain product description, lead time, minimum quantity, price per unit, and calculated totals including GST. If we know your delivery details, an estimate of freight will also be included. Generally, quotes are subject to sighting of artwork, so if you can provide this with your request, that will ensure accuracy.
How will I receive my quote? We prefer to detail all quotes in writing. Each product including description, photo (in most cases), prices etc will normally be formatted on one A4 page. The most common method is email in PDF to you, but we can also fax or mail the quotes. Or, they can be held for collection at our showroom, where we can show you samples of the products.
How long are quotes valid for ? Quotes are generally valid for 14 or 30 days. All written quotes will clearly display expiry date.
How much is freight ? Unless otherwise stated, all items are subject to freight. We include an estimate on your quote where delivery address is known.
Can you quote without sighting artwork ? Due to the large possibilities in regard to product decoration, we can only give you an estimate without sighting artwork. Quotes may be subject to revision on sighting artwork or product.
If unsure about a process, please discuss the limitations of particular decoration method.
The customer will be asked to confirm artwork. It's the purchasers responsibility that the artwork does breach copyright or trademark law.

Placing an Order Please call, email or fax to place your order with us. You will be asked to confirm (by signature) the order and artwork prior to commencement of the order. It's the purchasers responsibility that the artwork does breach copyright or trademark law. Unforeseen production problems do occur and its common for freight delays especially when working to extremely tight deadlines. Time is often critical in the early stages of placing your order.
Can I cancel my order ? Once you place an order or sign an order confirmation, you become liable for the total value of the order.
We understand that unforeseen changes may occur. If for any reason production is cancelled after placement of order, costs incurred to that point including stock may be payable.
How will you keep me informed during the order? You will receive an email at various stages of your order, these are typically;
• Acknowledgement of your order • When we send you order confirmation & artwork to approve • Confirming receipt of your order confirmation • When production samples or embroidery swatches are sent for approval (if applicable) • When all pre-production work is completed and your order has been scheduled for full production • When goods are ready for dispatch.

Lead Times Lead Times take effect from approval of artwork. It is very important that you provide artwork or approve artwork as early as possible. Lead time estimates are based on production and freight times.
Ownership Ownership of goods supplied shall not pass to the purchaser until goods are paid in full.
Returns Please telephone for return of goods. Incorrectly supplied or faulty goods will be collected by our couriers.
Please check goods carefully, claims can only be made within 72 hours of delivery.
Please check artwork approval carefully, while care is taken when preparing artwork, we forward artworkfor approval so you can check for spelling, layout and other errors. Incorrectly checked artwork is not a valid reason for return of goods.
its also important that you know what your are buying. We recommend customers view a blank product sample before ordering. This will ensure size and colour of actual product is the same as your perception of that product.
GST GST is payable and is additional on goods and services unless otherwise specified as Tax-free supply.
Its our practice to include pre-GST and inclusive prices in written quotes. Tax Invoices will be provided for all orders
