Placing an Order Please call, email or fax to place your order with us. You will be asked to confirm (by signature) the order and artwork prior to commencement of the order. It's the purchasers responsibility that the artwork does breach copyright or trademark law. Unforeseen production problems do occur and its common for freight delays especially when working to extremely tight deadlines. Time is often critical in the early stages of placing your order.
Can I cancel my order ? Once you place an order or sign an order confirmation, you become liable for the total value of the order.
We understand that unforeseen changes may occur. If for any reason production is cancelled after placement of order, costs incurred to that point including stock may be payable.
How will you keep me informed during the order? You will receive an email at various stages of your order, these are typically;
• Acknowledgement of your order • When we send you order confirmation & artwork to approve • Confirming receipt of your order confirmation • When production samples or embroidery swatches are sent for approval (if applicable) • When all pre-production work is completed and your order has been scheduled for full production • When goods are ready for dispatch.
Credit/Payment Terms We accept Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Direct Credit or regular customers may request an Account Application.

Lead Times Lead Times take effect from approval of artwork. It is very important that you provide artwork or approve artwork as early as possible. Lead time estimates are based on production and freight times.
What is our policy on timely delivery of goods? On-time delivery of goods is extremely important to Grenada Promotions. We are a customer-focused business. We have implemented procedures to ensure orders, which we call "critical" (for a specific date) are carefully monitored to ensure on-time delivery. If we commit to an urgent order, we'll work extremely hard to ensure you receive your goods on time.
While we have monitoring procedures in place, the delivery of goods which also be subject to your approvals/confirmations being made in a timely manner. To assist with timely approvals, you may need additional services, like SMS updates of your order. In this case, please discuss with your consultant at time of ordering.
What is our policy on quantity short deliveries? Your orders are checked prior to dispatch. Rarely, we find an item that, for some reason, being a printing error or faulty goods, that we reject the product. In this case, you will not be billed for that product. Normally, say for 250 stress shapes, 249 is delivery and 249 is invoiced, this is of no concern. However, if you require exact numbers for a specific reason, please let us know at time of delivery.
Ownership Ownership of goods supplied shall not pass to the purchaser until goods are paid in full.
Returns Please telephone for return of goods. Incorrectly supplied or faulty goods will be collected by our couriers.
Please check goods carefully, claims can only be made within 72 hours of delivery.
Please check artwork approval carefully, while care is taken when preparing artwork, we forward artworkfor approval so you can check for spelling, layout and other errors. Incorrectly checked artwork is not a valid reason for return of goods.
its also important that you know what your are buying. We recommend customers view a blank product sample before ordering. This will ensure size and colour of actual product is the same as your perception of that product.
GST GST is payable and is additional on goods and services unless otherwise specified as Tax-free supply.
Its our practice to include pre-GST and inclusive prices in written quotes. Tax Invoices will be provided for all orders
